How often does a backflow preventer need to be tested in New York?
New York State requires backflow prevention devices to be tested at least once a year by a certified tester. D’Angelo’s provides NYS certified backflow testing and installation and handles the reporting to the proper agencies for you.
Should I get a tank or tankless water heater?
A tank water heater costs less up front and is simple to replace. A tankless unit, like the Navien systems we install, gives you continuous hot water, is up to 98% efficient and takes up far less space. We install A.O. Smith tank heaters and Navien tankless heaters and service all brands.
How do I know my sump pump needs to be replaced?
Warning signs include constant cycling, loud grinding or rattling, visible rust, or a pump that runs but does not lower the water level. We install Liberty pumps and can add a battery or water-powered backup pump so your basement stays dry during a power outage.
